About The Position

This role sits on Elevate's Brand Consulting team. The Brand Consulting vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms/programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing with domestic and international brands. The VP, Brand will report to the EVP, Brand. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, be eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as transition across a variety of sports partnerships based on the needs of the account & the overall business. A successful candidate has exceptional client management skills, strong business development acumen and a proven record of leading programs for world class brands. Must be a creative and proactive thinker, with the ability to connect disparate pieces of a puzzle into integrated, multi-channel programs in and around sports, entertainment and lifestyle properties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years of relevant industry experience
• Agency experience working on a CPG brand preferred
• Experience managing & activating integrated partnerships across sports properties
• Knowledge and experience within brand management
• Strong knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry
• Experience managing sponsorship marketing programs, inclusive of domestic and international sports properties, events and athletes
• Strong, general marketing acumen across all mediums
• Exceptional industry relationships within sports and entertainment
• Exceptional client management skills
• Solid understanding of experiential marketing, including past management of on-the-ground programs
• Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams to execute programs
• Proven team player with expertise working on integrated projects across multiple departments and disciplines within an organization
• Impeccable mentorship and team management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive oversight of clients and project leadership for a CPG brand with partnerships in the sports and experiential space
• Oversee the day-to-day leadership and delivery of the client programs
• Oversee program execution for assigned clients
• Support the client on material creation and insights for retail sell-in decks
• Oversee and lead integrated project management across multiple disciplines and departments, internal and external to Elevate
• Provide on-going thought-leadership for client and new business opportunities
• Build and maintain exceptional client and industry relationships
• Work with the relevant Elevate verticals including Insights, Creative etc to provide the necessary support & services for our clients
• Maintain strong understanding of the general sports marketing landscape to proactively identify relevant opportunities & trends for our clients
