We're now looking for a VP B2B Marketing, who will play a crucial role in leading our B2B Marketing efforts and shaping our integrated B2B marketing strategy. Your role will be to lead and accelerate our B2B marketing engine while ensuring our go-to-market strategy is deeply connected to business priorities and audience needs. SVP of B2B, operating with significant autonomy and the mandate to build something that doesn't fully exist yet. You will have a substantial and tangible impact, contributing directly to our company's success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and scaling a B2B marketing engine across offline and online channels.
  • Strong analytical rigor and experience in defining clear KPIs and optimizing impact.
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience translating technical product updates into compelling narratives that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Experience repositioning a brand or go-to-market narrative — ideally in a company transitioning from B2C to B2B, or building a B2B function in a B2C-native organization.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and the ability to work closely alongside technical GTM functions to build scalable infrastructure.
  • A strategic and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to drive change and results.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the work to consistently increase the quality of leads across multiple marketing channels.
  • Working closely with a core team to optimize the entire B2B sales motion — including, but not limited to, optimizing the sales motion tech stack, events execution, and B2B marketing assets and content.
  • Leading and scaling a high-performing, full-funnel B2B marketing strategy across both offline and online channels.
  • Driving the repositioning of Epidemic's brand voice and go-to-market narrative to speak credibly and compellingly to business buyers.
  • Working closely with the Product, Growth, and Creative teams to amplify the performance and adoption of our various products and features.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing marketers, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
