We are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to scale and inspire a high-performing revenue organization. This VP-level role is ideal for a proven SaaS sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops talent, and drives sustainable growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. You’ll be responsible for building scalable go-to-market strategies, leading exceptional teams, and shaping the next phase of our sales evolution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience spanning both individual contributor and leadership roles in enterprise or complex B2B environments.
  • 5+ years in a formal sales management capacity, including experience managing managers.
  • Proven success in scaling teams and building repeatable, predictable revenue engines.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales—navigating complex sales cycles, procurement processes, and multi-year SaaS agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline coverage of 2–3× quota, leveraging outbound motions, strategic prospecting, and cross-functional campaigns.
  • Fluency in modern sales tools and systems, such as Salesforce, Gong, and Apollo, with a data-driven approach to coaching and optimization.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at the C-suite level.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating company vision into actionable sales playbooks and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven success leading through change, fostering trust, and cultivating a growth-oriented, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a world-class sales organization as a second-line leader overseeing multiple frontline managers and their teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute scalable revenue strategies that align with company growth objectives. Partner cross-functionally to refine segmentation, territory design, and go-to-market motions.
  • Drive excellence in deal execution—guiding teams through complex enterprise sales cycles, navigating multi-stakeholder engagements, and closing transformative, high-value agreements.
  • Expand market reach by identifying and executing strategies to enter new verticals and geographies. Lead the team through enterprise vendor registration, procurement, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure operational rigor through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven coaching. Leverage performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic planning, revenue reporting, and long-range forecasting. Provide visibility into pipeline health, key metrics, and market feedback.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent in partnership with the Talent team. Build clear career pathways, elevate leadership capability, and scale a high-performance culture.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align on demand generation, customer engagement, and product-market fit strategies.
  • Represent the company externally at industry events, customer meetings, and executive forums. (Travel up to 25%.)
