We are seeking a visionary Vice President, Ambassador Experience to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution behind every touchpoint in the Ambassador journey—from onboarding through top leadership ranks. This is not a maintenance role. This is a transformational leadership opportunity for a builder, strategist, and change agent who understands how to create meaningful experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, retention, and performance across a global direct sales organization. You will lead the evolution of our Recognition, Events, Training, Programs, and Sales Tools ecosystems to create a seamless, intuitive, and world-class Ambassador experience that fuels growth and strengthens community. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ years of leadership experience, including direct sales experience
  • 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the complete Ambassador lifecycle—from enrollment to top leadership ranks
  • Identify friction points and streamline the field experience across systems, programs, and processes
  • Serve as the internal voice and advocate for the Ambassador community
  • Design innovative recognition programs that celebrate achievement and inspire high-value field behaviors
  • Create milestone and strategic incentive initiatives that strengthen engagement and retention
  • Elevate the emotional connection Ambassadors feel with the brand and community
  • Lead the strategy and execution of global conventions, recognition experiences, and regional events
  • Build event cadences and communications that increase attendance, participation, and field excitement
  • Ensure events reinforce recognition, culture, and business momentum
  • Oversee the strategy and development of sales-based digital tools and back-office resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to create intuitive, high-adoption solutions
  • Use data, feedback, and behavioral insights to improve usability and field engagement
  • Lead the development of a global training roadmap that supports Ambassador growth and leadership development
  • Ensure educational content aligns with sales tools, programs, and evolving business priorities
  • Create scalable learning experiences that empower Ambassadors worldwide
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to align Ambassador experience initiatives with broader company objectives
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure a consistent and elevated global field experience
