Voyage Sales Representative
About The Position
As one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, Capital Vacations Voyage Sales Representative speaks with guests after they have met with the sales representative to discuss becoming a trial owner with Capital Vacations. The primary role is to present information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC, complete property tours of the condos, discuss guest needs, and build the dream of vacation for guests. The representative will also map out the benefits Capital Vacations travel program has to offer and call the Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED referred
- Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
- Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
