About The Position
Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show is seeking full-time and part-time individuals to join their gift shop team. This role involves greeting guests, informing them about products, operating a POS system for transactions, stocking and organizing merchandise, answering questions about the performance, and assisting with cleaning duties in the gift shop and Village area. The position may also require cross-training for greeting and face painting duties.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the gift shop, and inform them of the product.
- Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payments.
- Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in the gift shop accordingly.
- Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and the Village area.
- Cross-training for greeting and face painting duties may be required.
