About The Position

River Crossing YMCA is seeking passionate, reliable volunteers in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, to support community programs, events, members, and daily operations. Volunteers may help with outreach, fundraising, or administrative tasks and will work alongside a dedicated, mission-driven team. Training is provided if applicable. Clearances and training are required for volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations; they are not required for people volunteering only at certain one-day special events, such as the Bucks County 5K or Kids Triathlon. Volunteers can gain nonprofit experience, develop skills, meet people, and contribute to strengthening the community. Requirements

• Must have completed 6th grade.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Dependable, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass required clearances.
• Clearances and training are required for volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations; they are not required for volunteers participating only in specified one-day special events.

Nice To Haves

• No prior experience is required; training is provided if applicable.
