About The Position

The Volunteer supports YMCA programs, events, members, and day-to-day operations in Easton, Pennsylvania. Volunteers may assist with community programs, provide direct support to members, and help with outreach, fundraising, or administrative tasks. No prior experience is required, and training may be provided when applicable. Clearances and training are required for volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations. They are not required for volunteers participating only in River Crossing YMCA one-day special events, such as the Bucks County 5K or Kids Triathlon. Volunteers can expect support from the team, opportunities to learn and grow, and the chance to contribute to a nonprofit working to strengthen the community. Scheduling is flexible.

Requirements

• Must have completed 6th grade.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Dependable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass required clearances.
• Clearances and training are required for volunteers assisting with YMCA programs and operations; they are not required for volunteers participating only in River Crossing YMCA one-day special events.
