About The Position

Regina Caeli Academy is a nationally accredited PreK–12 classical Catholic hybrid homeschool network, founded in 2003 and now serving 2,100+ students and 1,000+ families across 24 centers nationwide. Our mission is to form students in intellect and will through the Catholic intellectual tradition - training the mind to form the soul. This is an unpaid volunteer internship / position offering meaningful, practical experience in a professional setting within a thriving Catholic apostolate. The individual will gain hands-on exposure to admissions operations, family outreach, donor appeals, and various mission-aligned communications - through their crafting of short, compelling videos. You will help introduce prospective families to RCA, showcase our mission to the public and inspire benefactors to support our growing apostolate. The position requires approximately 10–20 hours per week, is fully remote, and is structured to be carried out independently, with regular check-ins and direction from Regina Caeli Academy's Vice President of External Relations, Mr. Ed Trifone. It is designed to give the individual the latitude to bring their own voice, insight, and experience to the role, taking meaningful ownership of projects that advance RCA's outreach.
