The Volunteer Engagement Specialist is the key point person for volunteer engagements at Philabundance from office to warehouse and is the primary liaison between our volunteers and the larger Philabundance organization. The VES is a volunteer’s guide and advocate from the time they walk in the door until the time they walk back out the door. The VES is responsible for administration as well as volunteer activity and interaction such as tracking volunteer attendance, collecting volunteer feedback, supporting volunteers while on site and, crucially, keeping key departments updated with the on-the-ground state of the volunteer program. Note: This role requires additional background information financial checks in addition to crime and employment. This role requires travel. If using Philabundance, the company vehicles must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
