The Phoenix is seeking an outstanding relationship builder who loves to be out in the community and excels at juggling the complex logistics of in-person events. This role is invested in recovery from substance use disorder and believes in the power of community, aiming to help reduce the stigmas around living sober. The role will be located in Tampa, Florida, and will serve as the operational backbone of The Phoenix Tampa, owning the day-to-day event schedule, logistics, and venue coordination across Tampa Bay partner sites to offer approximately 1,000 annual events. This role will meet quarterly attendance targets, support volunteer coordination, scheduling, and communications under Site Director oversight, and maintain data integrity to ensure accurate grant reporting, donor impact storytelling, and organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate will take pride in sustaining an ambitious calendar of high-quality, well-attended events.
