About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a music educator to teach and inspire students through private lessons. The teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment for students of varying ages and skill levels. The role includes communicating regularly with students and parents about goals and progress, coordinating lesson scheduling with store teams, and encouraging student retention. Music & Arts handles administrative work so instructors can focus on teaching and helping students grow as musicians.

The listed pay is $15.92 per hour for non-teaching work, plus a teaching rate of $11.50–$23 per hour depending on background and experience. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments, including voice.
