This role provides hands-on field and technical support for legacy telephone environments, VoIP and unified communications migrations, site surveys, cutover planning, testing, documentation, and transition-to-operations activities. The selected candidate will help ensure secure, reliable, and mission-ready voice services for customers by coordinating with technical teams, validating requirements, resolving implementation issues, and supporting successful modernization outcomes in a customer-site environment.
