At Omega Health Services, we help individuals with disabilities and veterans overcome barriers to employment and achieve greater independence through meaningful work. We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and self-motivated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Charles Town team. This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with individuals, employers, and community partners to help people succeed on the job.
Requirements
- A relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on job coaching during onboarding, training, and workplace activities.
- Support individuals in developing workplace skills and achieving employment goals.
- Identify and support appropriate workplace accommodations and assistive technology.
- Build positive relationships between individuals, coworkers, supervisors, and employers.
- Help develop natural workplace supports that encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and track employment milestones.
- Coordinate community and employment-related transportation when needed.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and other members of the support team.
