Requirements

A relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one career guidance, job readiness, and employment support.
Help individuals identify strengths, interests, and career goals.
Assist with applications, interviews, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching.
Build relationships with local employers and identify inclusive employment opportunities.
Support workplace accommodations, assistive technology, and natural supports.
Track progress and maintain accurate service documentation.
Provide community/employment transportation when needed, with mileage reimbursed.
