Requirements

A relevant work or life experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Help individuals identify career goals, strengths, interests, and employment opportunities.
Provide hands-on job coaching and support during interviews, orientations, training, and onboarding.
Build relationships with local employers and connect individuals with meaningful employment.
Support workplace accommodations, assistive technology, and natural workplace supports.
Encourage positive relationships between participants, coworkers, and supervisors.
Document services and maintain required PCP/IEP and program records.
Provide community or employment transportation when needed, with mileage reimbursed.
