About The Position

Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) – Moorefield, WV. Omega Health Services is a CARF-accredited leader in vocational rehabilitation, specializing in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Veterans. They are seeking a dynamic and compassionate VRS to spearhead their mission in the Moorefield, WV area. The role involves guiding clients toward fulfilling careers and independence, providing end-to-end support, forging connections with local employers, and advocating for reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Ed, General Ed, or History & Arts); OR Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of General Education or Tutoring experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation with insurance, and ability to pass Federal/State/County background checks and drug screening.
• First Aid/CPR (required upon employment) and completion of On-Site Relias/Virtual Training.
