About The Position
Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) – Moorefield, WV. At Omega Health Services, we believe that everyone—regardless of ability—has the potential to be a vital, contributing member of society. As a CARF-accredited leader in vocational rehabilitation, we specialize in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and our nation’s Veterans. We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to spearhead our mission specifically in the Moorefield, WV area. This role involves transforming lives by guiding clients toward fulfilling careers and independence, championing success through personalized support, forging local connections with employers, and breaking barriers by advocating for reasonable accommodations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Early Childhood Ed, General Ed, or History & Arts); OR Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of General Education or Tutoring experience.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation with insurance.
- Ability to pass Federal/State/County background checks and drug screening.
- First Aid/CPR (required upon employment).

Responsibilities
