This leadership position reports directly to the Executive Director. The Vocational Director is responsible for supervising and supporting four key departments within Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc. (RNS): Day Treatment, Supported Employment, Work Crew, and the Wheeling Area Training Center for the Handicapped (WATCH). General Description The Vocational Director ensures the efficient operation of each department, focusing on the creation of vocational opportunities and rehabilitation program plans that increase independent living skills and maximize the potential and productivity of RNS consumers. All services must comply with Title XIX IDD Waiver standards for vocational and prevocational programs, RNS's Behavior Health License, West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services, and the Ability One Programs (Source America and WVARF state use rehabilitation regulations).
