Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts; Associate’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
General Education/Tutoring Experience: Minimum of 3 years required.
Proficiency working with Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
Valid Driver's License and Transportation w/proper insurance coverage.
Successful Drug Screen and Background Check (Federal, State, County).
First Aid/CPR (Upon Employment) and completion of Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (completed On-Site).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify individual strengths to craft customized employment plans.
Lead clients through the full employment lifecycle, from interview prep to on-the-job coaching.
Advocate for reasonable accommodations and assistive technology to ensure a level playing field.
Connect with local employers to create inclusive workplace cultures.
Provide long-term support to ensure workplace integration and career advancement.
