About The Position
Omega Health Services is seeking a Vocational Counselor to help individuals overcome challenges and build bridges to independence through fulfilling careers. The role involves partnering with clients throughout the employment lifecycle, from job searching to on-the-job support, and cultivating relationships with local employers to foster inclusive hiring practices within the Fairfax community.

Responsibilities
- Design custom career blueprints by uncovering individual strengths.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to foster inclusive workplace cultures.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and provide clients with access to the latest resources for growth.
