A Day in the Life: How You’ll Make an Impact: Blueprinting Careers: You’ll sit down with clients to map out their strengths and goals, creating a personalized "Action Plan" for their future. Opening Doors: You’ll lead the way through interview prep, application cycles, and workplace integration. Solving Puzzles: You’ll identify and advocate for the right tools—like assistive technology or modified tasks—to ensure your clients can perform at their best. Building a Culture of Belonging: You’ll coach local teams on how to support their new hires, ensuring everyone wins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of experience, or a HS Diploma with 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
  • A genuine desire to serve veterans and individuals with disabilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to talk to a client one hour and a business owner the next.
