About The Position

The Seasonal Temporary Visual Security Associate supports store asset protection initiatives by providing consistent visual theft deterrence and helping ensure a positive customer experience. This hourly role provides customer service while monitoring and reporting suspicious activities from a strategic location within the store.

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

Promptly communicate customer concerns, suspicious behaviors, or potential security issues to store leadership.
Collaborate with store leaders and associates to protect store assets and uphold safety standards.
Support store operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust tactics and focus based on business needs.
Use training tools and resources, accept feedback, and build skills and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Build connections with teammates, share knowledge, and celebrate individual and team achievements.
