About The Position

The Visual Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. The role involves connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, creating a fun and inclusive store experience, and helping the team achieve sales goals. Associates help customers find suitable styles and fits, support daily store operations, and keep the store looking fresh and ready. The position includes customer-facing sales and product presentation, fulfilling online orders, maintaining store operations and visual standards, following safety and loss-prevention procedures, and contributing to a positive, respectful team environment. The role is part-time and offers pay of $17.00 per hour, an employee discount, and career development and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
Help customers build head-to-toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and add-ons.
Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and helping customers find products they will enjoy.
Pick, pack, and ship online orders carefully and on time.
Support daily store tasks, including restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
Maintain store visual presentation and recovery standards so the store is customer ready.
Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and products.
Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Work with teammates and leaders to achieve store goals.
Participate in training and coaching.
Help create a positive, respectful, and inclusive team environment.
Use a solution-oriented mindset and support the team where needed.
