This role is responsible for collaborating and executing the overall visual merchandising strategy for various retail platforms, including new store openings and other projects. The manager will ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards across the regional market, identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to these strategies, and assist in the review and revision of existing visual merchandising documents like plan-o-grams. A key part of the role involves the execution and feedback of testing strategies for new assortments. Additionally, the manager will mentor the team by training them on visual expectations, operational standards, and materials/tool management. They will attend and present during regional meetings to share inspiration, new ideas, and pertinent information from store teams. The role also includes monitoring all store displays for compliance with current guidelines, including lighting and signage, and making necessary modifications. Training associates and new Department Managers in visual merchandising techniques and guidelines, and answering their display-related questions are also core responsibilities. The manager will also manage specific visual tasks related to store openings and other projects, and perform other duties as assigned.
