About The Position

This role involves collaborating on and executing the overall visual merchandising strategy for various retail platforms, new store openings, and other projects. The position requires ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards across the regional market, identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to these strategies, and assisting in the review and revision of visual merchandising documents like plan-o-grams. The manager will be responsible for the execution and feedback of testing strategies for new assortments, mentoring the team through training on visual expectations, operational standards, and materials/tool management. Additionally, the role includes attending and presenting at regional meetings, monitoring store displays for compliance with guidelines (including lighting and signage), modifying displays as needed, training associates and new Department Managers on visual merchandising techniques, and managing specific visual tasks for store openings and other projects. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and execute overall visual merchandising strategy for retail platforms, new store openings, and other projects
  • Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards across the regional market
  • Identify and track key KPIs related to visual merchandising strategies
  • Assist in review and revision of existing documents related to visual merchandising, such as plan-o-grams
  • Responsible for execution and feedback of testing strategy for new assortments
  • Mentor the team through training visual expectations, operational standards, and materials/tool management
  • Attend and present during regional meetings to share inspiration, new ideas, and pertinent information from with store teams
  • Monitor all store displays for compliance with current guidelines, including lighting and signage, and modifies displays when necessary
  • Train associates and new Department Managers in visual merchandising techniques and guidelines; answer associates' display questions, offer suggestions
  • Manage specific visual tasks related to store openings & other projects
