About The Position

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you’ll perform installations for remodels, vendor-supported activities, decommissions, disaster recovery and other company initiatives. The work includes dayside and overnight shifts. You’ll review work completed by authorized third-party contractors, provide functionality support, set planograms and graphics, implement new technology, and help ensure stores are ready for business each day.

The role also includes completing complex interactive display setups, providing AV support, implementing signage, installing product security devices, and installing complex built-in appliances in kitchen displays. You’ll provide project merchandising and store display functionality support within established timelines, help train new team members through job shadowing and best-practice sharing, support store interactive displays, and maintain knowledge of vendor-provided displays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 3 months of demonstrated merchandising, technical, or functionality support skills.
• Able to safely use small hand tools, light-duty power tools, and other in-house equipment.
• Able to work overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the year.
• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Must be eligible to qualify for and maintain a corporate credit card to book travel and submit business expenses for reimbursement.

Responsibilities
