About The Position

As a Visual Merchandising Manager on Target’s Store Experience team, you will support guest-led, holistic in-store experience strategies, including visual merchandising and in-store product marketing, to drive business across all cycles. You will develop floor-pad architecture, including fixture and mannequin placement where relevant, and messaging strategies. You will prepare detailed, actionable deliverable briefs covering messaging hierarchy, photography needs, and signage placement, then kick off concept work with creative partners. You will evaluate concepts against strategic objectives and prepare leader-alignment reviews, which may involve physical mock-store builds or digital presentations. You may also support division-specific off-cycle projects. You will partner with Merchants, Planning, Product Design, SPT, RBX Partners, Creative, GMS, Site Merch, and Store Ops to execute holistic presentation concepts and omnichannel strategies for each transition based on the cycle brief. You will also work with Store Design and Properties, represent Visual Merchandising on relevant projects, and manage external vendor stakeholders. You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure RBX guidelines, Legal and Safety guidelines, and Target Brand standards are consistently maintained. You will manage work within the defined budget and drive process and cost efficiency. Job duties may change due to business needs.
