About The Position

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the visual experience across its retail stores, including everyday merchandising, window displays, seasonal launches, corporate events, pop-ups, and special activations. Based at the NYC headquarters, the role brings the company’s creative vision to life in physical spaces and partners with Store Managers, Retail Leadership, and Creative, Marketing, and Events teams to deliver cohesive, inspiring brand experiences. The role calls for creative judgment, commercial understanding of retail merchandising, and strong organization across multiple stores, projects, and deadlines. The schedule is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote. The position requires willingness to travel at least 50% to stores and events, and flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends around launches and events.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly with Store Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into clear, actionable plans that others can execute.
  • Commercial understanding of how visual merchandising influences customer behavior and sales.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to creative and operational challenges.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and production timelines.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% to stores and events, and flexibility to travel between retail locations.
  • Flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends around launches and events.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, accessories, design, and creating memorable retail experiences.
