MAS Event and Design LLC

About The Position

The MAS Residency program is a 20-week program designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the experiential marketing industry. Residents will immerse themselves in the agency's world and client work, honing their skills, discovering new interests, and building their professional network. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, contribute to the agency's perspective, and develop substantial portfolio work. The program seeks individuals who are cultural collaborators, not just coffee runners, and are ready to go above and beyond. The Visual Design role specifically is for a visual storyteller grounded in graphic design, with a passion for storytelling and an interest in how ideas can grow across marketing, culture, and experiences. The resident will work across Design and Marketing, creating social and internal marketing materials, and developing their design practice through client and experiential projects. They will gain exposure to presentation storytelling, visual systems, environmental graphics, production, and the creative workflows behind live experiences. Curiosity, an emerging point of view, and a willingness to learn through making, feedback, and iteration are highly valued.
