About The Position

As a Visual Associate, you will curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will create compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage customers, maintain promotional signage, and execute organized, timely floor sets. Working with store management, you will understand product placement and maintain the sales floor, keep backstock organized, and regularly move relevant products to the floor. You will also help team members learn presentation standards in the front and back of house, follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines, use store systems and technology effectively, and respond to customers with courtesy and respect. The role contributes to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product; lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Create window displays and merchandise layouts, keeping promotional signage current and organized.
