About The Position

Our Museum is seeking a Part-Time Visitor Services Attendant to provide outstanding experiences to patrons while supporting daily operations in our admissions area and museum shop. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about customer service. It offers a wonderful opportunity to gain experience in visitor services, customer care, and retail while working in a vibrant cultural environment. You’ll help create meaningful experiences for visitors of all ages while being part of a supportive and welcoming team.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible.
• Able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Strong organization, time management, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• Comfortable speaking with groups and working with diverse audiences.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail, admissions, or cash-handling experience preferred, but not required.
