About The Position

As a Visitor Services coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and world-class experience for everyone who visits our Seattle Support Center that is the hub of Starbucks culture. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional visitor services and ensure smooth operations for badging and access control at the Support Center and across all North American Regional Offices. Your work will help deliver a seamless, positive experience for partners and guests alike, reflecting the warmth and hospitality that define Starbucks.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in a role performing administrative assistant, coordinator job functions, or customer service.
  • Interest and availability to work fixed hours in an office environment 5 days a week
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • High School diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Work at the front desk with a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience for all visitors and partners at the Starbucks Support Center
  • Work cross functionally with the Global Safety team to manage badging services and support access control for the Support Center and regional offices, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Lead engaging tours of the building for internal and external business partners, showcasing the heart of Starbucks culture.
  • Collaborate with events, meetings, and services teams to support a variety of corporate facility needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that elevate service quality and operational efficiency.
