About The Position

The Part Time Visitor Experience Specialist provides high-level customer service to visitors and potential visitors in person at the Visitor Center, through responding to digital inquiries, and via phone. This position works with the Visitor Experience department to promote exceptional visitor experiences through superior customer service. This position will additionally perform administrative related tasks as needed. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position, approximately 25 hours per week, working in the Travel Portland Visitor Center.
