About The Position

The Visitor Experience Coordinator is a highly visible, customer-facing role that serves as the first point of contact at the Experience & Innovation Center (XIC). This position is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-orchestrated environment, supporting hospitality services, visitor engagement, day-of event execution, and overall facility readiness. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values hospitality, and takes pride in delivering a polished and professional experience.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer experience within a corporate or high-touch environment.
  • Impeccable customer service values and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday as needed.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials or boxes weighing around 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-of experience by preparing the reception area, coordinating materials, managing the check-in process and assisting with catering setup, refreshment stations, and post-event reset.
  • Support overall facility readiness by ensuring office spaces, common areas, and experience environments are organized, stocked, and show ready.
  • Maintain hospitality stations, including coffee bars, beverage & snack areas, kitchen spaces, and shared environments, ensuring consistent readiness, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Own inventory and replenishment of hospitality, office, and facility supplies, including coordination with vendors, monitoring of product quality and expiration, and upkeep of storage and supply areas.
  • Maintain office and facility environments, including office storage areas, supply cabinets, and shared operational resources.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including managing calendars, travel, expense reports, maintenance tickets, and incoming/outgoing mail & deliveries.
