About The Position

Support the establishment of the Argonne-part of self-driving laboratory, specifically focusing on the image-guided robotic control. Assist with lab setup of instruments, scripts, and robotic arm. Collaborating with Argonne research team.

Requirements

• Background in data science, material science, or related field.
• Software development skills in Python.
• Experience with laboratory automation, hardware-software interfacing.
• The entirety of the appointment must be conducted within the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older at the time the appointment begins.
• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited institution.
• Graduated from an accredited institution within the past 3 months; or
• Actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.
