About The Position
The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences is seeking a 9-month, non-tenure earning, Visiting Instructor of Psychology. This position will be a 1-year appointment with a 9-month contract. Position responsibilities include a 4/4 teaching load (or its equivalent), with some service expectations.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Psychology, although strong ABD and Master’s candidates will be considered.
- Strong interest and ability in teaching undergraduate courses.

Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses such as Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, and upper division courses based upon the candidate’s expertise.
- Fulfill a 4/4 teaching load (or its equivalent).
- Undertake some service expectations.
