About The Position
Beloit College seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach part-time during the 2026-27 academic year, with the possibility of part-time appointment in subsequent years. The candidate will be expected to teach one GIS course during the Fall 2026 semester: ENVS 258 01 Interdisciplinary Applications of Geographic Information Systems.
Requirements
- By August 2026, candidates are expected to have completed the requirements for a M.S. or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, or all requirements but the dissertation for the Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, or possess substantial GIS work experience.
- Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations of students.
Responsibilities
