About The Position

Virtuance is seeking individuals to partner with them as independent contractors to photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors. Virtuance is a leading real estate photography and virtual tour company, creator of HDReal, and has over 30 markets nationwide. Partners will focus on capturing exceptional photos and other products, while Virtuance handles marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, and client communication.

Requirements

• Meet ALL equipment requirements.
• Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License.
• Provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday).
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots.

Nice To Haves

• Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
• Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
• Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, must be able to bracket 5 images (No GoPro).
• Sturdy Tripod
• Ball Head
• Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
• Theta Z1 camera
• Smart phone - iPhone 11 or newer or Android

• Photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
