Requirements

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as laid out in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook.
• Be on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Ensure you have reliable transportation.
• Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations.
• Complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests.
• Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English.
• Ability to perform mental math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special.
• Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials.
• Be consistent in delivering the exact order to the customer.
• Be positive and make teammates feel valued.
• Show up to work on time and ready to go.
• Communicate availability needs and follow proper call out procedures.
• Support teammates as needed.
• Be generous through the window.
• Participate in the tip pool after completing and passing Broista training.
