About The Position
Virtuance is seeking individuals to partner with them as independent contractors. This role offers a flexible income opportunity where partners can create their own schedule and work independently while collaborating with a Real Estate Photography Team. Virtuance is a leading real estate photography and virtual tour company, known for its HDReal automated image processing system. The company operates in over 30 markets nationwide and values teamwork, open communication, efficiency, continuous improvement, humility, and excellence. As a Virtuance Photography Partner (a 1099 contractor role), the company handles marketing, sales, editing, scheduling, client communication, and other business aspects, allowing photographers to focus on capturing exceptional photos and other products for residential and commercial clients.
Requirements
- Meet ALL equipment requirements
- Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
- Must provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- Reliable Internet connection
- Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
- Be excited about the opportunity to join the best network of real estate professionals!
- Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
- Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
- Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, must be able to bracket 5 images (No GoPro)
- Sturdy Tripod
- Ball Head
- Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
- Theta Z1 camera
- Smart phone - iPhone 11 or newer or Android
- Demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and test photoshoot
