About The Position
Virtuance is seeking individuals to partner with them as independent contractors to photograph for clients in the residential and commercial sectors. As a Virtuance Photography Partner, you can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with the Real Estate Photography Team. Virtuance is a leading real estate photography and virtual tour company, creator of HDReal, and operates in over 30 markets nationwide. Requirements
- Meet ALL equipment requirements.
- Part 107 Remote Pilot in Command License
- Provide proof of Limited Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1m of liability coverage
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- Reliable Internet connection
- Own a current and legal driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots
- Digital SLR Body; capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode
- Wide Angle Lens; no prime lenses
- Mavic models, DJI Phantom 3, 4, Inspire 1, S900 or better, must be able to bracket 5 images (No GoPro).
- Sturdy Tripod
- Ball Head
- Laptop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit or Mac OS X
- Theta Z1 camera
- Smart phone - iPhone 11 or newer or Android
