About The Position
Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition. This role offers the opportunity for work/life balance with no daily commute, as it is a remote position. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation, has a strong virtual presence, and is solution-oriented and willing to think outside of the box.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Weight Management preferred.
- Obesity Medicine Certification is required.
- Must be an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients.
- Collaborate with a care team approach.
- Participate in multi-state licensing support.
- Engage in 34 patient contact hours weekly.
- Utilize 6 hours of admin time per week.
