About The Position

Citizens Wealth Management is seeking talented Virtual Wealth Advisors to proactively identify and sell a broad array of Investment and Insurance products to customers. This key role within the Wealth Management division is responsible for delivering personalized financial strategies to mass affluent clientele. The Virtual Wealth Advisor will be based out of a Citizens corporate office location and will work with customers virtually via phone and video. The primary objective is to grow client assets, retain and acquire new clients by serving as the single point of contact for investment needs. The role requires maintaining compliance with all Citizens Financial Group policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding service and sales solutions in a virtual capacity to meet clients’ financial needs and goals. This involves engaging with customers from a set circuit of branches virtually to determine investment needs, recommend strategies, and present choices by analyzing client financial information. The Virtual Wealth Advisor will compare and evaluate investment options, identify strategies and products based on market conditions and client circumstances, and strive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proactive engagement with potential new clients to promote investment products and services, while developing strong relationships with branch personnel, is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7, 66 (65 and 63), and life insurance licenses
  • Established track record of top-ranked sales performance
  • Experience and comfort with virtual and phone-based servicing and sales, ideally financial or investment product sales
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements or environments
