About The Position

Citizens Wealth Management is a high-quality provider in the investment services industry, focused on growing its market share. The Virtual Wealth Advisor is a key role within the Wealth Management division, responsible for proactively identifying and selling a broad array of Investment and Insurance products to mass affluent clientele. This role is based out of a Citizens corporate office location and involves working with customers virtually via phone and video. The primary objective is to grow client assets, retain and acquire new clients by serving as the single point of contact for investment needs. The advisor must comply with all Citizens Financial Group policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements. The role requires a holistic delivery of outstanding service and sales solutions in a virtual capacity to meet clients’ financial needs and goals. The successful candidate will engage with customers in a virtual capacity within a set circuit of branches to determine investment needs, recommend strategies, and present investment choices by analyzing client information such as assets, income, debts, cash flow, and tax status. The Virtual Wealth Advisor compares and evaluates investment options, identifies strategies and products based on market conditions and client circumstances, and strives to meet and exceed sales goals. The role also involves proactively engaging potential new clients to promote and sell investment products and services, while developing strong working relationships with branch personnel.

Requirements

  • Active Series 7, 66 (65 and 63), and life insurance licenses
  • Established track record of top-ranked sales performance
  • Experience and comfort with virtual and phone-based servicing and sales, ideally financial or investment product sales
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements or environments
