Peoples Bank is seeking a Virtual Teller to join their growing company with an award-winning culture. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to customers through the Interactive Teller Machine Virtual Center. The Virtual Teller will process teller transactions, introduce clients to bank products and services, assist customers with maintenance requests, and resolve customer service issues. Tellers are expected to work a flexible schedule to accommodate extended operating hours and business needs of the ITM Virtual Center. Associates are accountable for living the culture and values of the organization, ensuring actions and behaviors create a positive and collaborative work environment, acting with integrity and professionalism, and providing extraordinary customer service. Reliability, punctuality, and active pursuit of performance objectives are fundamental to contributing to team and organizational success.
