About The Position

This role is for a Virtual Relationship Manager focusing on Branch Banking - Point of Sale (POS). The position is located in Thane (Mumbai) and the designation is Assistant/Deputy Manager. The role requires immediate joining. The primary responsibilities include managing and achieving assigned targets, maintaining high standards of sales and service, and conducting outbound calls for POS services and related products. The role also involves generating sales and revenue through service, cross-selling insurance and loans, and enhancing customer experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skill - should be fluent in Hindi, English and Marathi.
• Should have good convincing skills.
• Should have proficient knowledge of MS-excel.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably should have worked as outbound tele caller or worked in contact centre.
