About The Position
Plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates comprehensive care for designated patients to ensure quality of care and continuity of care delivery through telehealth platforms.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Current Alabama RN license OR Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Working knowledge of EHR systems and/or EPIC, Microsoft systems, and a strong understanding of HIPPA and data security within telehealth platforms
