Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through Zoom and other virtual communication platforms
Assist clients with policy service requests, benefit information, and general support
Build long-term client relationships through professionalism, trust, and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide outstanding customer service throughout every client interaction
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Collaborate with a supportive remote team focused on continuous growth
