Virtual Phone Sales Representative
About The Position
InsuraTec is hiring motivated Virtual Phone Sales Representatives to join their team. This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, offering a proven sales system with zero cold calling and 100% remote flexibility. The company provides warm inbound leads, step-by-step scripts, and a system that converts appointments into sales. Representatives will conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads, follow a scripted presentation, educate clients on financial protection products, submit applications electronically, and maintain client records in CRM. Weekly training calls and team development sessions are also part of the role.
Requirements
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Phone sales or telesales experience preferred
- Confidence using scripts and handling objections
- Coachable mindset and strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled phone appointments with inbound life insurance leads
- Follow our 100% scripted presentation from intro to close
- Educate clients on financial protection products (life, mortgage protection, final expense, etc.)
- Submit applications electronically and maintain client records in CRM
- Attend weekly training calls and team development sessions
